Role: Pragmática Technologies will contribute to the development and assessment of the integrated PLASTIC platform. Pragmática Technologies will focus on e-health applications, chosen due to their social impact and strong growth perspectives. E-health, and in particular mobile applications that take advantage of the installed base, might have a high impact in the region. Case studies will be selected according to the main dimensions requiring validation: context awareness, coverage, heterogeneity.

Initially as an independent consultant and later for Pragmatica Technologies he took part in Software Development and Implementation projects for at least 10 of the 100 Fortune companies in the South Cone region, including: Repsol YPF, Citibank, Banco Santander, Movicom Bellsouth. CTO for Dolphin Interventures investment firm, a joint venture between IRSA Group and Divine. Author of more than 50 IT articles and presentations published by leading specialized journals. Adviser and member of many technical committees of international journals (ACM, IEEE) and conferences, both regional and international (ICSE, IWSSD, among others). Professor of Software Engineering at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Visiting Professor at many universities in Argentina and abroad.
